WHY LOG IN?

Both MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS can log in to view/update account details and communications preferences.

MEMBERS ONLY can also access member benefits, including the member benefits card and Member Center..

You must be a Principal Correspondent (PC) to pay membership dues online. Both Member and Non-Member PCs can pay membership dues once logged in.

Note to NEW USERS: You must have a unique email address on file with the IHG Owners Association to use this system. To start using your account, select "Click here if you are a new user or you forgot your password" below and follow the prompts from there.

INSTRUCTIONS: First, RE-ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW. (Note – your email address must match the one that the Owners Association has on file for your account.) Next, select the blue button below to generate an email that will provide a password reset link. Then check your email inbox and spam/junk folders and look for a message with the subject line “Forgot Password from Owners Association — Community Hub”. Click on the link within this email and follow the prompts.

If you do not have an account, are unable to log in or cannot reset your password, please contact the IHG Owners Association at: madhavi.manes@ihgowners.org or 770.604.8233.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW PASSWORD SETUP

1. Re-enter your email address into the Email field below. Note that you must enter the email address that matches what the IHG Owners Association has on file for your account.

2. Click on "Send Email to Reset Password". If you entered a non-matching email address, no email will be sent.

3. Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for a message labeled "Forgot Password from Owners Association - Community Hub".

4. Click on the link within that email and follow the prompts.
